Distinguish different project life cycles (predictive, adaptive and iterative) and different approaches to managing project depending on the project life cycle. For each approach will be presented the pros and cons and discussed the suitability for using the specific types of projects. The focus will be given to stakeholders. The student will learn how to identify and analyze them and set the proper stakeholder communication strategy. The student will be able to identify potential risks from the various stakeholders. The student will learn to understand to project environment and its dynamics. The course will focus on the systematic approach to planning and managing project.
